The Ranger is our first production model, and this prototype is the first iteration of the design. Inspired by the Ithilien Rangers from Tolkien’s works, this sword is meant to be an exceptionally light and handy cutter that won’t get in the way of a longbowman’s primary weapon, but will serve him well when called upon in close quarters.
The blade is 6150 steel and the fittings are stainless steel. This blade is unsharpened as is for display and costume use, but can be very easily made razor sharp on request, the edge is quite fine as it is. Sword will ship with a simple, felt, wood and leather transport scabbard.
